In April 2023, CYOL embarked on a transformative journey with 260 Brands, a key player in Zambia's agricultural landscape. From a virtual kickoff in July to a seamless go-live in just three months, our collaboration has been a testament to innovation, efficiency, and shared commitment to sustainable agriculture. Kickoff and Initial Implementation
The project began with a virtual kickoff in July 2023, marking the start of an exciting venture with 260 Brands . Shortly after, our team traveled to Zambia to initiate on-ground implementation. The objective was to streamline operations for 260 Brands, ensuring a smooth transition to CYOL’s advanced digital solutions.

Seamless Deployment and Go-Live
By September 2023, just three months post-kickoff, 260 Brands was live with CYOL, a milestone that showcased our product's capability to deliver rapid, efficient solutions. The smooth and timely implementation was a result of close collaboration with the lovely team at 260 Brands, whose support and alignment with our goals ensured everything flowed perfectly.
Continuous Support and Enhancements
Following the initial deployment, our team provided ongoing support, both online and onsite, making visits back to Zambia over six months. This continuous engagement allowed us to address real-time challenges, report on progress, and refine processes to meet 260 Brands’ evolving needs. Our commitment to excellence and the cooperative spirit of 260 Brands played a crucial role in the project’s success.
Expanding Reach: New Features and Growth
Building on the initial success, we are now developing new features to further enhance the user experience and operational efficiency. CYOL has already onboarded over 10,000 farmers, managing more than 100,000 hectares of crops like maize and soya. These advancements are helping 260 Brands extend their impact, improving both productivity and sustainability.

CYOL is guiding farmers under 260 Brands to acquire organic farming certifications, which is vital for enhancing crop quality and yield.
